Free accounts can only login to 1 social media account per platform.
Paid accounts can have multiple profiles.
Go to your profile settings (upper right corner) and select the account you want to work with.
If you don't have a paid subscription with multiple profiles, click "Log off" then login with the other account (you must use a different email address for each account)
