The Fedica calendar can schedule tweets with few clicks, but it also provides power functions to advanced users.
First, the easy part. Scheduling tweets when the most of your followers are active. This is the default setup, so you don't need to do much for this scenario.
Our best times to tweet algorithm takes care of scheduling your tweets for when you have most of your audience on X. So practically, you don't need to worry about the best times to tweet charts, it is done automatically as follows:
1. Make sure you have a schedule (e.g. Default) that is "optimized" according to "Best times to tweet" and use "All" in the timezone option https://fedica.com/schedule/scheduleList
2. If you are sending the tweet either use:
A) "Add to pipeline" that uses your default schedule
B) "Power Schedule" for a specific day but check the box that says "Use Tweet scheduler"
But how about if you want to target specific set of followers instead of all your followers? e.g. you want to make sure followers in Australia see your tweets. This is not the default setup, it requires a bit of configuration but it only needs to be done once. Then it's a breeze to schedule tweets.
First you need to define multiple schedules for the different timezones
1. "Create New" here https://fedica.com/schedule/scheduleList and name your schedule appropriately "e.g. Asia & Australia"
2. Under Timezone option select "Asia & Aus"
3. Make sure you select "Optimized" for each day of the week
4. Click "Save
5. Repeat the above steps 1-4 for each timezone you want to target.
Next, Create pipelines for each schedule we created above
1. Create a new pipeline here https://fedica.com/schedule/pipelineList by clicking "Create New" and name it appropriately, e.g. "Australia"
2. Select the social network you want your pipeline to publish to
3. Set the number of tweets per day
4. Set the schedule to the one we created above
5. Click "Save"
6. Repeat steps 1-4 for each of the schedules we created above
Now your configuration is finished. Again, you only need to do this once.
Tweeting the pipeline way:
1. Type your tweet
2. Click "Add to Pipeline"
3. Select the pipeline you want to push the tweet to (e.g. "Australia" pipeline we created above)
Tweeting the PowerSchedule way:
1. Type your tweet then click "PowerSchedule"
2. Select the specific date
3. Enter the time or leave blank to take advantage of "Best time to post"
4. Select the appropriate schedule under Optomized to have the best time for the followers you want to reach.
5. Click "Add to Calendar"
