Excel Settings for CSV

Excel cannot open csv files with UTF-8 encoding but you can open the file by following these steps.

1. Create a new spreadsheet in excel

2. Select "Data" menu

3. Click "From Text/CSV"

4. Select your file then click "Import"

5. Under file origin, select "Unicode (UTF-8)"

6. Click "Load"

Now you can see the data in the original encoding
