If their password doesn't work, they can use the password reset option, see steps below
1. Navigate to https://fedica.com/auth/resetpassword
2. Enter the same email address you used for your followerwonk account
3. Verify your email address by clicking "Email me verification code"
4. Enter the verification code received by email
5. Enter your new password, then click Save
6. If the service asks you to authenticate our app on some of your accounts, please click "Connect to X" for each account that requires connection until a checkmark appears near each account.
7. Click "See My New Tools" to finish the configuration and now you are set!
8. We highly recommend enabling MFA on your account, after completing the steps above please enable it on your account herehttps://fedica.com/auth/MFAActivation preferably using the authenticator app:
